Hello, I bought Bonelab from the Oculus Store a few hours ago and it has been charging with a blue charging circle ever since. Since it wasn't even displayed in my library and I can't run it, I had it refunded and reset my Oculus Quest 1 to the factory settings. After setting up the VR glasses again, I bought the game again and the same problem appeared again. Please help me.

Hey there, @Leichtel ! I noticed you're attempting to get Bonelab on Quest 1. Just a heads up: Bonelab is exclusively for Quest 2, 3, and Pro devices for standalone download. I know a lot of games are no longer being made for Quest 1, so a good tip is to make sure to check the supported devices in the store before buying.
Since you've already refunded the game, refunding it again immediately might be a bit tricky. I suggest reaching out to support via PM here so they can assist you in sorting things out if necessary.
