I held down the power button and up volume button to go to the boot menu but every time i open it I'm greeted with no command found I've been having problems with freezing especially when using air link my screen will just freeze completely and I was hoping I would be able to fix it in the boot menu but I'm unable to get into it
As a side note my oculus app says that my pc doesn't meet the bear minimum specs but that isn't true I have 16gb of ram Radeon RX 7700 XT and an intel core i7-8700k

We see you are having an issue accessing your experience via Air Link. To just confirm that your PC does meet the required specs, please visit here. Also, can you attempt these steps to see if they help at all:
Update both your GPU and the driver of your PC
Update your Meta Desktop App
Attempted PCVR with the MetaQuest Link
