Ive been the only account on my quest 2. Ive had it since 2021. After trying to update my profile picture and met with an error. I backed up the data to cloud and reset the headset hoping that would fix. It did not fix the update profile picture and did not back up and wants me to rebuy all previous bought apps. All data gone forever. Customer service sent me to a different specialist 3 times. And its been weeks and no response or attempt to remedy this. Paid for service i am not receiving. Unacceptable. Already filed with BBB. Any help whatso ever is welcomed.
