Hello, I recently migrated my Facebook account to the new Meta account and some things seem very wrong. On the Meta account portal, none of my paid/bought games and experiences are shown. On my phone, within the fully up to date Meta Quest app (android), none of my paid games and experiences are shown and the phone won't connect to my Quest 2.
Everything is totally, fully up to date. The phone app appears to be using my new Meta account, my Quest 2 appears to be using my new Meta account, and I can access my Meta account from the web just fine.
However, all three of these devices don't seem to be aware of each other's existence. So, the web portal has no idea of the content or device I've bought/am using, the phone isn't aware of the apps I'm using, but is aware I have a Quest 2, but it won't connect to it. The HMD seems to be aware of the new Meta account, but even after switching to that account AND THEN buying some more apps, nothing but the HMD states I've bought them.
This is a terrible, horrible UX. The process is so opaque for the user who has no clue what the single source of truth is. None of the platform elements seem to be in correct communication with the others.
I don't want to hard reset my HMD because I don't want to lose content again which as already happened to me last year.
Meta, please fix this.

I would also add that my payment method is still correct. I find this to be a bit of a slap in the face. It's easy enough to track how someone could buy stuff, but the stuff they've bought is too difficult? Sorry, but this sucks. Please do better.
