That page is pretty out-of-date so yes, it should have been changed. The product description section does make it clear that the offer is time-limited and even states the original expiry date, even though that was subequently extended to june 30th.
Based purely on the information on the page, you really shouldn't have expected the free copy of Asgards Wrath 2.
