Trying to help a user with the following scenario. Please reply here as it's not my account having the problem and will likely happen to others.
User buys a game on Quest store.
The game offers a yearly subscription, which the user purchases because they like the game.
User finds out that the game is crossbuy so they can install it on their gaming PC for a better experience.
User downloads and installs the Meta PC app, and searches up the game. It shows up, but there is no Install button, just a blue Manage your Subscription button that does not lead to a Get or Install option.
How does this user download the PC version of the game in this scenario?
Posting this solution in case others have this issue. If you go into the Store in the PC app, you don't get the option to install the game, just the option to manage your subscription.
If you go into the mobile app, switch to the Rift store and search up the game, you'll get the option to install it to your PC.
