I decided to buy blade and sorcery, and meta quest let me. But few days later my account gets suspended. I am not issued with a refund which is pretty annoying and can’t get back into the account
For severe or repeated violations, we may suspend your profile along with your Meta account. When your Meta Horizon profile is suspended, you won't have access to your apps and in-app purchases on your Meta Quest or the Meta Horizon mobile app, and you won't be able to log in to or use your Meta account, including Meta Horizon Worlds.
You have the opportunity to request a review with our support team, if you think that we suspended your profile by mistake. If you miss the appeals deadline, your profile and Meta account may be permanently disabled.
