Bought same game twice and refunded does it refund both or one?

When I bought the game in question on the mobile app it said “card declined” so I tried to buy it on my actual vr headset when I checked my balance a few minutes later it charged me for both of the attempts to purchase the game (bonelab).

I assume, you want keep the game and only want back your double payment.

If you refund the game, you'll lose access to it.

You have only one copy of the game, but accidentally got charged twice.

So I think, it's better to talk to support instead of refunding.
