I have an oculus 2 and I can’t get the boundary to work in my basement. It goes to the ceiling. I think it would work on my main floor. Any quick fix ideas?

Hey there!
I see you are having an issue with your boundary settings working in your basement, may we ask if the boundary does work on your main floor first? If it definitely does, often times poor lighting and a significant change in the surrounding area may cause issues in setting up a boundary.
You can set up and fine-tune boundary settings such as setting the floor level as well as try to clear the boundary history may help with setting up a new boundary in a new environment. Here is a link that further explains setting up the boundary settings for the Meta Quest -> Boundary Settings
Furthermore, if that does not help, here is further troubleshooting guidelines that explain what may cause the boundary setup issues such as poor lighting or a change in environment can be found here -> Troubleshooting
Hope these help and if they don't and you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us again at Meta Support.
