Boundary loop

I got my oculus a few months ago and I was getting on my oculus after it died a while ago. I was sitting down in stationary boundary playing with my friends waiting for it to charge and I unplugged it and it died. Then I left it plugged in and I did other things and when I came back, I had to create a new boundary so I did, and it put me in a loop where I couldn't create a boundary. When I went into the previous boundary, I couldn't use the home button to open a game and I was unable to do anything.

I have also seen other people's articles and they are having the same issue that I'm having.

Greetings @MR.Frozen_HotPocket! We hope you're having a great day today! Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We know it's no fun to not be able to use our devices to their full capacity so we would love to help getting this issue resolved for you. If you haven't already please try these follow steps to clear your boundary history: 

  • Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  • Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  • Select settings in the top right corner.
  • Select Clear Guardian History.

From here, you should be able to create a new boundary for your headset gaming experience. However if you still have further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach back out to us. Have a wonderful rest of your day!
