I have a Quest 3 (v76.1024) and after the update the Boundary no longer works. I have repeatedly tried to set a new Boundary (either stationary or custom) and the Boundary still stays off after I complete those steps.
I have reviewed other posts on this issue and I have done the following: cleared Boundary History (multiple times), hard reboot (multiple times), Headset Tracking is ticked. What else should be done?

Are there any suggestions on how to fix this issue of the Boundary no longer turning on at all?

Not exactly sure why you're having this issue. My Q3/512Gb with non-ptc v76.1025 is working fine.
If you have a Developer account and Developer enabled (on smartphone app) enabled make sure you don't have the Developer option to disable boundaries turned on. You may also want to try disabling Developer mode from your smartphone app.
Otherwise, I think your only other option would be to do a factory reset (google how to do this). A bit of a pain but it does seem to fix a lot of problems. Good luck mate and cheers.

Hello! I'm so glad you've acknowledged that other people have been facing this same problem, as I was worried I might be the only one! I too have recently been unable to set up any sort of boundary at all while in passthrough mode, which I've heard is actually something that's not supposed to happen according to other people. I've read that passthrough mode should always have some sort of boundary present, whether it be Stationary or Roomscale, yet I can only ever activate boundaries during virtual reality mode, which is disappointing because I like to use mixed reality for a lot of the games I play.
I will be sure to send a private message regarding this issue; thank you!
