I have tried to find out why I cant hear my friends in party chat while on my quest 3. I have been trying multiple trouble shooting steps all for nothing. please advise

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? We don't want to make you repeat things unnecessarily.
Does this occur in a single game / app or in multiple?
Has the chat audio ever worked?
If it worked previously, were there any changes to your device or set-up before it stopped working?
Does the audio work normally when not in a party?
Is this while using the headset on its own, or when using the device connected to a PC?
