Brand new Oculus Pro Controllers cant be found by app or pro!!!!

I am so absolutely unbelievably angry at MYSELF for buying this NOW $1,000 coffee table display. 

THIS IS NOT my first time here, but unless you have an oculus quest pro parked right outside my door that is capable of at the very LEAST, working with its own effin controllers OUT OF THE BOX.....It will definitely be my last. Cutting thru the COMMON ridiculous questions you'll ask, i present you with the following info so you can understand i DID THE HOMEWORK:

1. A Previous **RESOLVED** topic a customer posted his "FIX" that he had with just ONE controller:

"I found the issue... turns out said controller just hadn't updated for some reason. Quick restart of controller and it worked just fine."

Start Over. That's day one gamer knowledge bro. This had only help me realize i had to come here and write all this crap instead of enjoying my BRAND NEW $1000 system that cant handle pairing controllers.

YES. I AM UNBELIEVABLY PISSED OFF AT THIS MOMENT. Now here is the list of EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE ALREADY WITH ZERO RESULTS:

  1. Make sure the tracking cameras of the controllers are clean. Customers need to use the cleaning cloth provided with the Quest Pro, or a dry, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  2. While in VR, hold the controllers at eye level, pointing in front so that the cameras on the controller can see the surroundings.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    1. Move the controller around slowly for the controllers to start tracking.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  3. Go through the Meta Quest app and unpair/pair the controllers.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  4. Restart the controller by holding down the power button (Oculus/menu) for 1 to 2 seconds.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  5. Try waking them up by quickly pressing the Oculus or Menu buttons.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  6. Try pressing and holding the Oculus button for 5 to 10 seconds.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    1. If the controllers re-center, then at least the controller Bluetooth is connected. This means it’s likely the controller is not tracking.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    2. Try rebooting the controller by holding down the Oculus/Menu button until you see the lights change.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  7. If that does not work, manually pair the controller using commands::white_heavy_check_mark:️
    1. To enter pairing mode on each controller, press and hold the Oculus+B (right) or Menu+Y buttons (left) for 3 seconds. You'll feel a light vibration from the front trigger when the controller transitions into pairing mode.
    2. :white_heavy_check_mark:️ Did nothing
    3. You can also try a couple of button combinations to get the controllers to appear:
      1. Force power off the controllers by holding down B or Y for 15 seconds.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
      2. Turn them back on by short pressing the Oculus or Menu buttons.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
  8. Last resort step is to factory reset the controller::white_heavy_check_mark:️
    1. Right Controller: Hold A and Oculus buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
      1. Left Controller: Hold X and Menu buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    2. Release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking red/white.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    3. Perform a manual pairing and check if controller LED would flash blue and white to signal pairing state.:white_heavy_check_mark:️
    4. Once paired, controllers may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until they finish, and LED would be purple during the update.:white_heavy_check_mark:️I Did ALL OF THAT!!! BOY IT WAS FUN TOO!!WHAT else ya got?Honestly im 80% ready to go outside, go on FB live, destroy it completely, then close my fb forever, as i only use that GARBAGE to be ALLOWED TO EVEN USE MY NEW CRAP TOY. RANT OVER....

We see you have done quite a lot of troubleshoot already, thank you for giving those a try! That will save some time for sure, and we would love to assist you however we can regarding this. Have you always had these issues with your Quest Pro? Or is this a more recent issue that started?  Have you tried letting the controllers sit on the charger for a good while (2-3  or more hours) as sometimes the controllers need to update longer then expected and can't pair before hand.

Sent. No matter what is done. CONTROLLER NOT FOUND. ON BOTH. NO MATTTER HOW MANY FACTORY RESETS. NO MATTER HOW MANY SAME WIFI GHZ AND CNANNEL, NO MATTER 5GHZ-1 OR 2. NO MATTER MY SPEED IS ALMOST 1GB DOWN WIFI THRU CAT 8 CABLES DOCSIS 3.1 MODEM, WIFI 6 ROUTER WITH 8 ANTENNAES. MY PRO WAS WORKING BEFORE. ON SAME SYSTEM SETUP I HAVE. I tried the hands , didnt like it.......BOOOM PROBLEMS AND NOW , cannot even SET IT UP FROM FACTORY RESET. It just keeps saying, ehter the code bro, cmon, enter the code man....we cant find your controllers at all, and our app doesnt even see your pro, but.....IT KNOWS APPARENTLY HOW MUCH BATTERY LIFE IS LEFT???????? NO, its me. Gotta be.

Dont know how im on 2 different accounts in here either....
