I recently bought a Meta Quest 3S, as my Quest 2 was getting a lil' dated. Battery life was decreasing due to wear and tear, and age, of course, and my controllers were not working as they used to. I then decided to buy a Quest 3S at a local walmart, new in box by the way. Less than a month in, and my left controller has stick drift issues. This is unacceptable. I cannot send my controllers to Meta since I'm in Puerto Rico, and they don't support warranty here as I've tried to use warranty for my old Quest 2, which worked, but had me send the device to a family member IN the US, for them to then send it to Meta. I'm not gonna pay for RMA shipping because of an issue that I never caused in the first place.
The headset was bought on October 17, 2024, so less than a month of ownership of the headset, and it already has issues. I don't know if I should refund the headset and get another one, or just get my money back and get rid of it completely. This is extremely frustrating

Hey!
We understand that you are experiencing some stick drift with your brand new 3s controllers.
We had a look at those videos you posted and we can see the issue clearly.
As you said, you are in Puerto Rico, so we would be unable to offer a replacement to you.
However, as you bought it from Walmart, perhaps it would be worth bringing it there with your receipt and they could assist with a replacement.
Can you send us a private message so we can look into this for you further?

Sorry, I forgot to add a video describing the issue(also did some sort of face reveal in the process).
https://youtu.be/O2gu4KjGT_M Forgot to join both of the videos, so first link is part 1, and second is part 2.
