I just got a brand-new sealed-in-box Quest Pro, and left it and the controllers on the charging dock overnight.
This morning I saw the headset is at 100%, but the controllers are only at 85%.
(ie I see that from the app on my phone, "Meta Horizon mobile app" (apparently used to be called "Meta Quest mobile app").)
(The lights on both controllers are green when they sit connected to the dock.)
Is this some normal battery-saving measure, or...?
If not, should I fix it somehow?

EDIT: solution found (or as found as it gets, for now?):

Hey there, @dwawlyn! Certainly understand wanting to ensure the controllers can fully charge so that you may continue enjoying the VR experience. With the controllers on the dock, the green light would indicate that they are fully charged. The controllers can be restarted to pair again following the steps on the support page here. We also would want to track how long the battery life on the controllers lasts to ensure they are properly working. If you still encounter any issues, please let us know, and we can look into this further.
We appreciate your time, and have a great day!
