my grip button and trigger button are broken internally. I was wondering if I can send it in and they can fix it

Hi there, @donavon.garcia.73! A non-working controller can put a huge damper on your VR gaming experience. We want to help look into this further and get you back to enjoying VR as soon as possible. Can you please elaborate if you believe it is broken forever because the controller is not responding or because there is physical and noticeable damage to those areas of the controller?
