Hi. My controllers are broken. They literally stopped working after 2-3 weeks of purchasing my meta quest 3 headset. I’ve been going back and forth here with you guys and also was sent a private email, and was asked a bunch of information about my headset SN, controller SN, box SN, account name, etc. literally has been 4 days since there last response. They have completely ghosted me. I’ve emailed them multiple times everyday and I still have not received a reply. All my old forums I can’t even reply there either. Had to start a whole new conversation. Meta quest customer service is absolute TRASH! At this point I would like a refund. Please meta, RESPOND!
