I just got a new quest 3 on Warranty today, my old one was having the same issue. I booted it on and after 30 mins the screen started malfunctioning. Every 2 seconds the passthrough flipped some weird way and I couldn’t do anything. I am still in the setup and I couldn’t connect my controllers to it. I checked and the serial number was different than the one I had before. I factory reset it and turned it off several times but it still didn’t work. Is there a fix for this or will I have to send it back again?
