Broken left controller

My right controller was not working and I bought a new one immediately my left also stop working My left controller has been broken for five months Can I get a replacement? Where do I send it?

Hey knox-_, we totally understand your concern with this issue as the controllers are the main way to interact with games on Meta VR devices. We are here to help you resolve this! First, we want to make sure we are pairing the controllers properly. To do so:

  1. Make sure your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu in the bottom right corner of the Meta Quest mobile app.
  3. Tap Devices.
  4. Below Headset Settings, tap Controllers, then tap Left or Right to choose which controller you'd like to pair.
  5. Press and hold the and buttons on your right controller or and on your left controller until the controller LED blinks and then lights up to finalize the pairing.

Once you've paired your controllers, the controllers will automatically connect to your headset each time you turn it on, if it's nearby. If the controllers are not connecting, please leave the batteries removed from the controllers for at least 10 minutes before replacing with new ones and trying to connect again.

I tried it and it didn't work I was looking    to get a replacement and if so how can I get one
