Bug Report – Constant Disconnection from Meta Horizon and Mini-Games

Hello Meta Support,

I would like to report a recurring issue with my Meta Horizon account. Every time I try to connect to the Horizon world, I am systematically disconnected shortly after arriving. This also happens with mini-games, regardless of whether I am using my PC or my VR headset.

I’m not sure if this problem affects only me or if other users are experiencing the same issue, but it makes the platform unusable for me at the moment.

I want to specify that:

  • My microphone is always muted when I connect.

  • My internet connection is stable and strong.

  • The problem occurs consistently across different devices.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a solution or if it is a known bug?
