I’m trying to access my verified facebook profile with 1.7M for about a month but I keep getting redirected to a checkpoint page that returns an error:
“Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can.”
I’ve tried:
Logging in from different browsers (including incognito)
Clearing cache and cookies
Accessing from a different device and IP
Waiting several days for the issue to resolve
my account is still active , my videos are still getting million views , ads still playing on my videos, I recieve notifications in my email about my profile , but I'm locked out.
It appears my account might be stuck in a checkpoint I can’t proceed to login to Facebook. I would appreciate any help resolving this issue .
I need help with resolving that issue , I've worked hard during 15 years to build that community .

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
