Hi there,
I purchased a 128gb meta Quest 2 today and don't appear to have any promotional codes to redeem bundled software. Is there something I need to do to receive them?

They will ask you to open a support ticket. They always do.

As far as I'm aware the only bundled game is Beat Saber and you should receive an email about it once your account is opened and the headset assigned to it.

I haven't had any emails, other than to confirm my email address when I created a meta account. How do I assign my device my account?

When you pair it with the app on your phone, the device will be associated with the account on the phone.

Right, in that case it must be assigned to my account, but I still haven't received any emails with codes to redeem. Is there someone from customer services who can help me?
