I've been trying to get my account back for months. I was removed as an admin so have NO access whatsoever to my business page. I sent the requested documents in a PDF via chat to prove my identity. Facebook "Support" responded and asked for a document that was literally right above their message in the chat. I can't open another support ticket, no one has worked on my case and I can't advertise my business, respond to customers, etc. I'm so upset. Case number is 9430213087035217.
