Hi! I’m hoping I will get some response from a member of customer service as I literally have no idea who to contact or how. I signed up for business verification which was fine it all went through okay. However, a few weeks later I had a message stating that my verification has been cancelled something to do with not accepting payment via Apple or something like that, to be honest it made no sense to me. Since then every time I try to sign up it just says my name on my ID is not the name on the account, which it is and it is the same ID I used to sign up initially. Anyway now I can’t even get to the sign up page as it just says refund in progress even though refund has been processed.
I hope someone is able to resolve this issue for me.
