My son purchased his oculus 1 year ago at Target, no longer has proof of purchase or box. As of this month it was working fine, then just froze. With no other choice we had to do a factory reset. Now it’s prompting us to log into a business account and when we say decline it just goes to “quest space”.

Hey there @shilo.501379, thank you for reaching out about this, being asked to setup a device with a business account when you do not have one is not quite the expected experience, We would love to provide some information and help you out! The common fix that works for almost everyone is to perform another factory reset, sometimes using a different Wi-Fi network.
