Buttons on the Screen Are Unresponsive

I am not a native English speaker, so I am posting this with a translation.

On MetaQuest2, the buttons on the screen are unresponsive. This includes everything—Settings, Library, all app icons, minimizing and closing windows, and confirming dialogs. Immediately after startup, a dialog for "Confirm Boundary" appears, but neither the "Confirm" nor "Create New Boundary" options respond.

What I’ve Tried:

  • Restarted the Quest 2 several dozen times
  • Replaced the controller batteries with new ones
  • Unpaired and re-paired the controllers several times
  • Performed a factory reset several times

After each factory reset, the device worked for about an hour, but now it’s unresponsive immediately after startup. No matter how many times I reset it, I can’t interact with anything.

The controller pointer and raycast are displayed, and when I pull the trigger, the raycast turns blue. However, the buttons just won’t respond.

I was able to capture this behavior in a video through mirroring.

If there’s anything else I can try, please let me know. Thank you.

This is not a complete solution.
In my case, it seems that the issue is related to the network environment, not the Quest 2 hardware itself.
