I bought the Meta art glasses absolutely love them, but when someone stole my case, and luckily, my glasses were in my pocket, it rendered my glasses useless because I cannot find the charging case anywhere if you call Rayban they said they did not anticipate the need for a spare case, how can that be? How do you not have any charger cases available to purchase and they don’t even know when they will be available. we take our glasses back and get our money back but you can’t because you don’t have the case.. does anybody have any information that can help

I lost my charging case yesterday and I cannot find a replacement case. Meta doesn't sell them. Basically, smart-glasses go useless just like that. This product is destined to fail if they don't offer replacement parts.
