I currently have the subscription to Puzzling Places which allows me to use all dlc Puzzles while im subscribed. If the dlcs will ever go on sale again, I would still consider buying some of them to be more flexible in the long run. As it seems that will be complicated because right now i could not buy any of those dlcs for my own account. It says “bought” for all dlcs already since im using the subscription.
The same problem should occur with other subscription services like Golf+ I guess. Is there any chance to change that?
My best idea would be to buy the dlc “as a gift”, and then use the “gift” for my own account after finishing (temporarily) the subscription at the end of the month. Is that even possible? Can you use it for your own account like that? Like sending it to a friend and he sends back the link to me? Or are there any other/better solutions?

We can understand you want to get the best deal possible when gaming! You can either subscribe or purchase the DLCs and you will not be able to purchase while the subscription is still active.
