CAN I RUN IT?

So I was wondering if it would be possible to run Vr chat on the Oculus at a reasonable fps (30-60)

with these parts:

i7 CPU 870 @2.93GHz

GTX 1050 Ti

4 GB RAM (3.94 is usable)

And Windows 10 Pro

1920-1080 144Hz

Thanks MrFox0

Nope, Need more RAM, better Video Card. CPU should be 'ok'

You'll just squeeze by with that card but +1 (get 16) on the Ram. And CPU will just about cut the mustard. Ish So in short you'll get a very low end experience 😞
A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

So it won't be good. Like really laggy. Oh and I am talking about VR chat btw

Might work, but it will be on the real low-end of the experience. Especially the 4GB RAM (you need at least 8).

So it will be laggy or no?

It would suck.  It doesn't even meet minimum requirements on ram.  It has the absolute lowest card that can run this and the CPU is weak.  You'd be lucky if things loaded properly.  I seriously think it would be a waste of your money.  Then you'll be obligated to upgrade your computer if you can't return the $400 rift you just bought.  A computer to run this will be between $400 to $700.
