I have been trying to purchase apps on my Meta Quest, including FitXR, Thrill of the Fight 2, and other fitness apps, but my card keeps getting declined.
I contacted my bank (ADCB), and they confirmed that the merchant (Meta) is declining the transaction, not the bank.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Based on the information you have provided we can advise on exactly what the cause of your issue is. The United Arab Emirates is not a Meta supported country and so as a result any requests from that region in the Meta store are automatically declined, this is also why we don't have any trusted retailers who will deliver to unsupported regions such as these as we don't have the network in place to properly support their use. We wish that we had better news for you but in this case your location is exactly the problem and so we at least hope that with this understanding you can find some closure for this issue.
