Absolutely shocking from META . About a month out of warranty and the headset has decided it doesn't want to charge any more and I cant factory reset or load up the boot screen
Customer service is non existent and instead telling me to just buy a new one!! I have ZERO trust in them , will never be buying another and will 100% be telling everyone I know about my experience ! You don't expect to spend 600£ on something that just stops working !
