Every time I try to join/start a call it says "Error. An error accured, please try again." Also every time I try to send a message it will just say "Sending" byt it never sends.

We're keen to get this sorted for you, so to get your headset a fresh start, we recommend hard-rebooting your device. Don't worry, your data won't be affected!
To do this, hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
