Calls don't work in Quest 2

Dear Meta Team,

I tried to chat and was sent to the technical support team.

I am facing this problem which is not yet solved.

I got many emails by many people to support and suddenly they will start over and send me how to make calls.

I have been using quest 2 for more than 2 years now and it was perfectly working. Now whenever I try to call, a message will appear (Error Occurred, try again later).

I have updated version in both headset and mobile. Tried factory reset. Did everything possible.

Before 3 days I purchased "Just Dance" and when I was playing with my friend, the call worked perfectly only with this app. When I use people it doesn't. I thing there is something wrong with the people application which I can noy uninstall and reinstall again.

can you please help me. Anyone had the same issue and was able to fix it?
I was planning to purchase quest 3 but I am afraid to face the same problem.
