I have a Oculus Meta Quest 2. The camera lens is cracked. It’s under warranty , and I have been trying to in touch with someone for over a week now. I have been exchanging emails, they said that they would labels for me to send it back and get it fixed. They never did. I have sent all the information that they needed, and I just keep getting emails asking was my problem resolved. No, it wasn’t resolved, and they just update the ticket. I need this fixed! And I don’t know who else to contact.
