Can I link to a PC that has an Nvidia Quadro T1000?

I just bought a Meta Quest 3 512GB and wanted to get it set up to link broadcast from my pc.  My PC is only about 3 months old:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700   2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 11 Pro

Anyhow, I've downloaded the link app and installed it and connected my headset to the desktop via the USB cable that came with it, but the Meta Quest LInk App just says Can't Reach Link Service.  I've tried rebooting and running the link program from inside the headset UI too, but I can't seem to create the link.

I've done some digging and the only thing I can think of is that my PC has a NVidia Quadro T1000 card which isn't one of the cards listed in the requirements.  I was hoping it would work, since it is a fairly powerful and modern card.  Could this be the problem?  Do I need to buy a new or second card?  How can I figure out why I can't link to my PC?

@SpikyPorcupine  try the SteamLink or Virtual Desktop apps from the quest store and stream VR to your headset from your PC via a router instead of a link cable.

i don't want to stream existing games.  I'm a developer and want to program and debug games.  I think the link would be best.  I just have no idea why it's failing.  Is there any way to figure out why my Quest is not finding any of my machines to link to?  It is because they lack the hardware, that I'm not setting things up properly, or something else?

@SpikyPorcupine   Short answer = No. Quadro GPUs are meant for workstations, they are designed with different purposes in mind and are not meant for general home use (which include gaming). Not only is the hardware itself different, but the software (drivers) are also not tailored for gaming.  A very little Google research would have told you that imho.

Maybe go to Reddit and get a lot of meta-hater kiddies sympathy, lol!
