Can I still redeem my expired Asgard's Wrath 2 email?

I recently brought the meta quest 3 which cane with the game for free. Unfortunately, the email to claim the game was sent to a spam box and I was not able to claim before it expired. Is there still a way for me to claim it now that the deal had expired?

They can look at your account and if you've set up the Quest before the promotion ended, they may find a way to help you.
