Can I use Quest Link with IRIS onboard graphics?

Hello Everyone

Sorry for raising an issue with Windows 11 and Quest Link.  We have a newish windows 11 laptop (HP) I7 chip and IRIS on borard graphic (drivers all updated) and I can't link the Quest 2 with Quest Link either AirLink or via the cable.  Ity just hangs on the laptop with the connecion screen (both cable and airlink) and spins on the quest discovering pc message.  The quest links OK to the Side Quest and does show up in the devices when connected via the cable.

We have factory reset the quest, new build on windows (dropping to 10 isn't possible), uninstalled macafee so its the regular MS defender firewall, swapped over from the mesh network to a deciated 5ghz network off the 1 router.

The quest does pair via airlink to my windows 10 laptop but this very old and not a high spec so I know the quest is ok.

Any ideas as i'm stuggling now...

Cheers

Stu

@stu79738  Please Google meta quest link requirements.  You’ll probably find that your IRIS gpu is not supported.  You need a dedicated gpu, preferably nvidia rtx3070 or better imho.

i9 13900K water cooled, RTX4090, Z790 MB w/wifi6e, 64Gb 6400 ram, 2x2TB SSD, 1000W PSU, Win 11, QPro, Q3, w/Link and Air Link, Vive Pro1 with 2x2.0 base stations, Etsy lens mod and Index Controllers

@stu79738  if your GPU is below the minimum requirements or not on the supported GPU list, The Virtual Desktop app may help to get it working.
