so i bought my oculus from a guy cause he used it and had bad motion blur then just sold it for cheap and now i broke the controller and the guy had warranty can i use his warranty on his acc to get a replacement controller?

I am not sure if it is possible to claim warranty on a device (serial number) that has now been activated through a different(yours) account... actually I don't think so.
Apart from that, the warranty covers hardware/software issues, manufacturing defects and things like that.
It does not cover if you break a controller yourself, for exemple by hitting a wall.
But you can talk to @MetaQuestSupport maybe they can help.
