Can NOT add second account

I can not add a second acct. to my quest 2.  Gets stuck in pairing the second account to the headset.  Says to "please try again.  Something went wrong."  Plus, I can't even open the www.meta.com/device on my phone to enter the 8-digit code.  Been stuck at these stages for weeks.  Please assist...I want to enjoy my VR to the fullest potential.

How do I get this 'support ticket' to arrange a live chat?  I linked on the words 'support ticket' on your reply and it says 'something went wrong'.  I want a live chat for assistance.

I have been trying to contact your Help Support to get assistance and have been unsuccessful.  I can not obtain this support system anywhere.  When clicking onto the link you provided, it says 'something went wrong'.  I tried looking for the 'contact us' in my Meta app support...still I am unable to obtain any 'support ticket'.  It seems like the only way I can reach any type of direct communication with Meta Support Team is this way.  I am extremely frustrated and starting to get a bit disappointed.  

I want to be able to use this VR purchase to its fullest potential as advertised.  However, at the moment...I can not!
