As I just received my Quest 3 last week I was the only user. I'm trying now to add a profil for one of my child.
He created a Meta account using his Instagram account so we were prepared.
In the Quest 3, after going through Parameters->Profiles, Add new profile, in the headset appear a message saying "Give the headset to the person you want to add and click Continue".
When my boy (or me, I tried too) click "continue", a long message appear we don't have time to read as the headset turn black, then after less than a minute, the reality mixed appear, so we see our room, and nothing more, no more VR menu, just our room. Button press do nothing, we can hear the recenter sound if we long press the Meta button, but nothing more, it stay like this forever. Only long press to the power button let appear the usual Stop or Sleep menu. Rebooting or turning it OFF and ON don't fix this issue.
