Hello every one, I would like to inquire if I can receive a new device activation reward. I purchased an activated second-hand Meta Quest2 device two years ago. While using the device, I logged into my own Meta account and later sold it to someone else. Recently, I purchased a brand new, unactivated Meta Quest 3. Can I still get a the Meta Quest gift card?

Yes, if you never have activated a Quest before, you should receive your gift.
If you want, talk to @MetaQuestSupport to be save.
Click on their name to visit their profile page, then click the "send message" button.
I wish you a lot of fun, with the new Quest that you'll probably buy soon.

I assume you are not meant gift card - that's something you can buy - but probably mean the store credit that you can get with a referral link when you activate a new Quest.
And no, you can't get it...... you are only eligble if you haven't already activated a Quest with your account.

Here is a list of the authorized retailer....if you buy in one of those stores it should work.

It should be a problem with my browser. I have visited his homepage multiple times before but it did not display this blue button. However, now I have it. Thank you!
