Does anyone have the same problem as me? My phone and Oculus quest2 have been unable to pair successfully. Tried many times, including re-downloading the APP and resetting oculus

Samsung Galaxy Z-Flip 3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab E. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, and restarted both several times. Same issue, gets as far as putting in the 5 digits, says it is pairing, then says it cannot find it. I can also see the headset in Bluetooth list.

Based on the different comments it seem it is not specific to any phone or even OS as it happens on Android and IOS devices. Maybe related to recent update of the App on Android and IOS (29th August and 30th August)

@MetaQuestSupport Can we get an update as it seem to impact anyone that tries to pair the first time ( or after a factory reset).
It would be good to know if someone was actually able to do the pairing at intial setup since the last few days.

Hab das gleiche Problem-- Ich soll die Brille Aktualisieren schreibt das App ... Wie den wenn ich nicht bis zur Wlan eingabe komme.? Hänge am Kopplungsmodus fest.

@MetaQuestSupport Any comment on this? It's completely unacceptable to have this many people have this big of an issue have to wait so long just to setup our headsets. Seems sad for us to have to go through all these hurdles just to get their headset setup.

same problem, impossible to pair. Stuck on pin code on oculus; reintall the app on phone, impossible to pair.
quick device replace for a faulty battery but new device impossible to use....and no delay to resolve....

Nothing like getting that email f3om UPS, eagerly awaiting that package to arrive, tearing open the box, and then looking at a "cannot find" screen for three days and running now.
Thanks Oculu-Meta or whatever you call yourselves this week. New name, same bad business.

@MetaQuestSupport @Ryanality It is a major issue and I don't think it's severity is set correctly.
In IT it is a Severity 1, basically new user cannot setup its Quest so I'm surprised to not have better communication/feedback around this issue. We all have an Headset that is totally unusable so we I don't understand why we don't already have a fix/workaround provided. Hope we will get feedback quickly.
