I'm going to factory reset my quest because my other account is taking up too much space and I need some space to reinstall a game. So when I go to back up games to the cloud it says go to a link to see my cloud on my quest but when I go to the link it says I don't have permission to view it.

Out of curiosity...... why do you want to perform a factory reset?🤔

Just uninstall a few games to free up space.
