Got a used Oculus Go and I can’t get it to connect to the Meta Horizons app. I go through the steps for setup, it finds the headset, but then it gets stuck when it gets to the Health and Safety information. It directs me to watch a video, but said video never loads, and the “Continue” button is greyed out.
The headset shows up as a device in the Meta Horizons app, but when I try to contact support it says there’s no device on my account so it won’t let me actually contact support. I have tried searching for the device via serial number, I have factory reset the headset from both the app and via the headset itself, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Again and again I connect to the headset but get stuck at that screen in the app when the Health and Safety video refuses to load.
@Korndog777 then you'll need to borrow someone with an android phone or tablet if you want to set the headset up.
