Hello!
I'm trying to file a support ticket for my Meta Quest 2 as unfortunately the charging port burnt when i was trying to charge it yesternight, despite my best efforts of getting help from Meta Support, the website itself will not cooperate with me, every time i try to put in my information and pictures of the damage done to the headset, i keep getting the 'Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again.' error from the page.
i've tried to file this ticket from both my phone and my laptop, if anyone could get in touch and give me some help as to put in this ticket so i can get my device sorted, i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
