Can't Get My Previously Purchased Games

I just upgraded to the Quest 3 after using an Oculus Rift for years. I'm trying to install two games I bought earlier this year, The Climb 1 and Star Trek Bridge Crew, but it says I have to purchase them. I can see them listed as purchased in my Rift's device library on the Meta Horizon app but l'm not sure how to get them on my new device, when I search for those games it says I need to pay. I contacted the support chat, they told me I should be able to install those two games without issue on the new device but they ran out of ways to troubleshoot after telling me to do a factory reset (after trying restarting, logging out and in, etc). I googled if they're cross buy to see if that's the issue and the internet thinks they are (not sure how to check for sure). Any idea what's going on? Thanks!!

are you sure that you are logged in to your new Quest 3 with the same account which was used to buy the games in the Rift store?

Yes, I doubled checked the account name and can see my same profile and friends list. If I’m on the Horizons app, I can go to the device options and see the two devices (Rift and Quest 3) and it shows their different libraries.

Hm, in that case you actually should be able to install the games on your Quest.
Sadly, I have no idea, why it's not working.☹️

Probably you are out out of the refund period for the games, right?
Otherwise I would refund them and buy them from Quest store.......maybe this way would work and you would get them on Quest plus the free copy for pc.....but that's just wild guessing.
