So I started up my VR headset as normal and all of a sudden it says that I need to re-login back to my account. My meta quest app said I "timed out" and need to log back in so I use my email and it says I have to move my VR data to a separate account. At some point it flat out forced me to make a Facebook account and then use an entirely different email to get in. Once created I tried to use the app to reconnect my Meta Quest 3 but its still stuck on logging into the account with a by-pass code. Unfortunately any time I try to use my original email (the one that I set up my first account with) it again forces me to make a Facebook account or flat out won't let me use it because I "have" to move the data. Finally after an hour of working at it I manage to get to a screen with the brand new account I had to make where it wants the code, yet once I enter it in it says the code doesn't work. Eventually it timed me out to an hour of wait time because I used too many attempts and now I'm completely stuck and devastated. I don't understand why I can't get back into my old account like normal and I've been given no option to switch my data so I basically lost all of the expensive games I bought. I'm really distraught and need some help with this issue please! I may just have to return my meta quest 3 if I can't resolve this :'(
