I just bought a used Oculus Quest 2, and when I turn it on there is no menu option. When I try and pair the headset it tells me it needs a system update. I tried factory resetting it and the same thing happens.
would love some advice

We do see that you already tried factory resetting, but we'd like to provide the steps to manually factory resetting your device just to double check that the steps were followed carefully.

@MetaQuestSupport That is how I tried resetting the headset, and I have already created a meta account. And after resetting I don’t have the new device options like setting up the WiFi.
