My son has “No Clip VR” and wants to purchase an add-on support pack. The app is rated 10+ and his account is for that age. When I try to purchase the add-on using his account, it says I can’t due to age restriction.
How can I buy add-ons for a child? I tried purchasing it on my account to see if that would allow it on his and it doesn’t. I’m at a loss.

They are set up to not allow in-game or add-on purchases, even if they are within the age limits for the game. There isn't a way to work around this. However, when your child turns 13 and is able to manage their own account, they will be able to make in-app purchases such as this one, provided they are within the age limits for the game.
