Can't View My Library Out-of-Headset

I can no longer view my library outside of the headset.  This has been going on for several months already and is very frustrating.

On phone:  The Android App seems broken.  It shows only 9 Apps at a time.  I've restarted the app, the phone, etc.

On PC:  Library link seems to be gone??  It's certainly at least moved someplace very hard to find.  I can't find it from the main page, from the store page, etc.   Chat GPT can't find it either.

Can we get this fixed??  I just want to look up my free apps to recommend to my friend I just convinced to get a Q3.  Meta should be happy with me for it.  But I can't even find my own apps without putting on the headset, smh.

Hi there!

Thank you for letting us know about the problem that you have been facing over the last couple of months.

We totally want to help you resolve this, so you can enjoy the best experience possible with our headsets.

Firstly its worth checking basic troubleshooting to see if it is an easy fix for you;

  • Make sure that all apps and headset are running on the latest updates.
  • Ensure that the app is linked to the right account, and that the file path hasn't been changed.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Check compatibility- Quest and PC VR are different platforms, with different app stores.

If all of the above is fine then we suggest submitting a bug report, so that our engineers can look into the issue for you.

Hopefully this will help you to resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing any issues you can always Private Message us directly, and we can check the status of the account for you.

Thanks!

Yes tried all of the above and they do not work (the only new one was re-installing the app).

And as an aside, I still do not understand why it was taken off the web site.

Hey there,

Thank you for attempting those steps previously suggested, upon looking into this issue I have found a few more options which will hopefully prove to be helpful:

  • Open the app -> click settings -> general ->allow unknown sources.
  • Log out on your oculus phone app, log back in and finally connect with your headset using the phone app under settings and restart your quest.
  • Clear cache of the app, the process of doing so may depend on your phone, however here is a generalization: Settings > Apps > Oculus > Storage > clear data and cache.

If the issue continues to persist I would recommend directly messaging the support team to see what else can possibly be done. You can contact them through the link below:

I've now tried all these things. All apps up to date, of course right account, of course not referring to pcvr games, force stop, clear cache, log out/log in, uninstall/reinstall/restart phone, restart headset, etc.  Nothing works and I still only show the first 9 apps regardless of which sort I choose.
